If you have to think before talking about your boss, quit

Engineer A asks engineer B: “You moved to a new team for 6 months now. How’s that working out with your new boss?”

Engineer B hesitates, thinks for a while, and says: “It’s different.”

It struck engineer B at night that why he had to hesitate when someone asked about his manager. He has to think of something good to say or tell the truth.

It’s better to tell the truth as long as it’s not a complaint.

Engineer B starts looking for a new opportunity with a leader who he admires and respects and whom he will not have to think when someone asks “how’s your boss?”

In choosing your job, work for someone you admire, trust, and respect. You will learn and enjoy your work a lot more.
